Also, the spontaneous re-boots don't bode well, but I saved the important part for last.Your CPU power is exceeding the SPECS of your motherboard. The three crashes caused by ntsokrnl.exe all were causes by the same memory address (ntsokrnl.exe+7cc40), and ALL 5 crashes occured at this address.
